Our Clay County Schools family is heartbroken by a tragic accident involving our students. There are simply no words that can adequately express the sorrow we feel for their families, friends, classmates, teachers, and all those whose lives were touched by these young people.
We know this loss will be felt deeply throughout our schools and our entire community. During this incredibly difficult time, we ask everyone to keep the families and loved ones of these students in your thoughts and prayers and to surround them with the love and support that Clay County is known for.
Counselors and support staff will be available at Big Otter Elementary, Clay Elementary and Clay County Middle School on Monday for students and staff who may need someone to talk with or simply a place to process their grief.
Please continue to support each other in the difficult days ahead. Our hearts are with everyone affected by this tremendous loss.

A few important things to know:
📧 A valid email address and/or cell phone number must be on file for you to access your guardian account.

👨👩👧 Invitations are tied to the parent/guardian contact information we have on file, so please make sure your school has your current email address and cell phone number.
